Combination of a DMU 80P duoBLOCK and a DMU 50 3rd generation automated by a BMO Titanium 180
The picture shows a combination between a DMU 50 3rd generation and a DMU 80 P duoBLOCK connected to Titanium 180 from BMO Automation. The DMU 50 3rd generation is a compact milling machine of the brand DMG MORI. The DMU 80 P duoBLOCK is an extensive turning-milling combination of DMG MORI. In combination with the Titanium 180 a high mix of products with a high volume can be reached. Five different drawer positions have been chosen in this robot cell. The combination between product and pallet loading ensures, in addition to the drawers, a capacity of 38 pallet places where products can be prepared. When there is chosen for only pallet loading the capacity can be increased to 50 pallet places.
