The Smart Machining Platform is a new Dutch initiative of a total of nine companies and tries to picture the future of what a smart machining factory will look like in five, ten or twenty years. Topics that are brought to the attention are Smart Industry, Industry 4.0, CNC-Automation and 24\/7 production. The platform is intended for all machining companies that have questions or want to be informed about the future of their profession. All the founders of \u00a0the Smart Machining Platform will give workshops and organize seminars several times a year. But above all, the platform brings together machining companies with questions about the future of the machining industry.<\/p>\n

BMO Automation has established the Smart Machining Platform together with the following companies or Dutch branches of organizations:<\/p>\n

    At first the Smart Machining Platform focuses on the Dutch market and therefore only communicates in Dutch. For more information you can visit www.smartmachiningplatform.nl<\/a> . You can register for the Smart Machining Platform via the website. Becoming a member is completely free and you are invited several times a year to attend workshops and seminars.<\/p>\n
